If a viewing has already been arranged and then needs to be cancelled for some reason, you can mark it as cancelled. It will still appear in the appropriate calendar view, but will be marked with a strikethrough to denote that it is no longer valid.
Edit the viewing by clicking the appropriate record in the viewing list, accessed from the relevant report or view, or from the property view via Sales Process > Viewings. From the Options menu select Update and set the Status field to Cancelled.
