Elevate supports all the major tenancy deposit schemes in the UK, both custodial and insurance-based.
Depending on your location and the schemes which you have chosen to register with, you will want to only enable a small number of those available for use within your agency.
Choose from the list of available tenancy deposit protection schemes via Account Settings > Modules > Lettings > Third Parties > Deposit Schemes, and click Set Schemes. Click Activate against the schemes you wish to enable within Elevate, and these will now appear in the list of active schemes as well as relevant select boxes at relevant places in the application, e.g. when recording receipt of a deposit.
Each scheme has its own lodgement deadline which will be used in conjunction with the receipt date to indicate when the deposit must be protected formally within the relevant scheme.
