If a property charge has been added in error, or if it is no longer valid, that invoice may be deleted. For example, if you delete a tenant receipt you may wish to also delete the management fee associated with that transaction.
You cannot delete an invoice which has had payments received against it. To do so, you must first remove any charge payments.
Alternatively, it may be possible to modify an existing property charge.
- Click on any property charge, either directly from a statement or report, or from the property's List Charges screen, to view it.
- On the view charge screen click Options > Delete.
