Diary or calendar appointments may be created in a certain context via the viewings, valuations or inspections views, for example, or they may be entered as general diary events with no specific relation to a property or particular person. Alternatively they may be reminders of events generated by the system itself to alert users to upcoming events such as expiring certificates or rent reviews.
Regardless of how or by whom these diary events were created, they will be visible in a number of views throughout the application.
