When you attempt to log into your Elevate account for the first time you will be prompted to provide some additional information to help configure your trial account; it only takes a minute to complete.
Set a Password
The first time you log in you must choose a secure password which you will use to log in in future. Please ensure that you specify a strong password, and be very careful where you store it. You may wish to use a password management application such as 1Password which encourages very strong passwords, but makes it very easy to use these on all applications and websites.
Don't worry if you forget your password at any stage; you can always reset it via the Forgot Your Password? link on the login screen.
Contact Details
Your business / agency name will have been provided in the original signup form, but you have the opportunity to change it at this stage, and indeed at any later stage if you wish. Note this this does not change the account prefix used in your login URL, e.g. myagency.tiltelevate.com.
Your address details are used for branding.
The region in which your business is located is important as some key management elements may vary between regions, e.g. bank holidays, deposit protection schemes, and legal document templates.
VAT Registration
Indicate if your business is VAT-registered by ticking the checkbox. This will ensure that VAT is applied where appropriate to fees charged by your agency. You can update your actual VAT registration number and date later via the Account Settings area.
Evaluating Modules
Finally, since your trial has both the sales and lettings module enabled for evaluation, you will be asked which module you wish to be taken to first since you may only be interested in one or the other. On each subsequent login you will automatically be taken to the module you accessed most recently.
