One of the primary roles of the estate agent is to match available properties for sale with prospective buyers. You can approach this from either perspective, by finding suitable sale properties for a particular buyer, or by finding prospective buyers who may be interested in a specific property.
On a buyer overview screen the Match Properties key action button will allow you to perform this match process. Alternatively, if you select Buyer > Preferences from the secondary menu it will show the buyer's current preferences and automatically display a list of matching properties.
You can also approach this task from the opposite perspective, i.e. from a property view, by selecting Property > Marketing > Match Buyers. This will show prospective buyers whose preferences match this property.
Once you've identified potential matches, you'll want to arrange a property viewing to start the sales process.
