The agency name and geographical location will have been provided during the initial account setup or the first time you logged in, and this address will have been set for the "head office" agency branch.
To update the agency name, follow the steps below.
The country of operation cannot be easily changed; if you need to change this, you should contact us directly to see if this might be possible. If you simply wish to manage properties in countries other than your own agency's location, read this article.
Don't worry if you haven't got an official "head office", or indeed if you have only one office. Some agencies will have multiple branches and within Elevate we designate the first (and possibly only) branch to be the primary branch.
In order to update the agency address details you need to update the appropriate branch address.
STEP-BY-STEP
- Go to the agency admin area via the Settings menu.
- Click the Agency tab.
- Choose the Agency option within the Agency Settings category.
- On the agency summary view, click Options > Edit Core Details.
- Edit the agency details as required.
- Click Save.
