For property brochures, you have two options:
- Upload your own brochure
- Create a brochure using the system
Upload existing brochures
Many agencies produce their own very professionally branded property brochures for marketing purposes using either dedicated publishing software or through a third-party designer. These can easily be attached to the property record for reference, and are shown on the property overview if available for ease of access.
STEP-BY-STEP
- On the property marketing overview page, click Options > Brochures.
- On the brochures page, click Upload.
- Select the brochure file from your local computer in either Word or PDF format.
- Provide an optional title or description, if appropriate. Generally if you're only uploading one brochure a title is not necessary.
- Click Save.
- The brochure will be shown on the brochures page, along with the ability to download or delete it.
Create a brochure within the system
The brochure system within Elevate is fairly basic due to the fact that everyone wants their own style and it's very complex for us to generate this level of customisation. We've found that in these cases agents are often quite happy to create more detailed brochures separately and then upload them (see above).
If you have a particular style of brochure that you would like the system to generate for you, please send it to us in a support request and we'll see if there's anything we can do for this, but we can't make any promises. This could also involve some design fees, but we will let you know at that time and you certainly will not incur any fees that you haven't agreed to in advance, so don't worry.
You can improve the look of your brochure by applying your own agency's branding.
STEP-BY-STEP
- On the property marketing overview page, click Options > Brochures.
- On the brochures page, click Create Brochure.
- In the pop-up box, you can choose your own branding style, if you have defined one, and also the type of brochure you wish to create.
The Elevate Brochure is the default brochure style, and is fairly basic but includes description, images, key details such as price, features, etc.
The Unstyled option isn't a brochure as such but collates all marketing information into one PDF document which can be used to easily copy and paste details into a separate document, which is much handier than copying from all the individual fields.
The Window Card is a one-page compact marketing option suitable for window display. - The brochure is generated in PDF format in a separate window and you can then save this and upload as in the first section above.
Brochures will be included in the feed to the property portals.
