The 14-day trial begins on the day you sign up via our website, and you are under no obligation either during or after this period to provide any payment details, purchase any type of product or service, or enter into any type of agreement or contract with us.
All we wish is that during that time you have a reasonable chance to evaluate the system against your own particular requirements, and hopefully discover that it does indeed tick your requisite boxes and offer you the potential to improve your business.
Immediately when your account is ready, you will receive an email with your access details and when you first log in to activate your account you will receive a further email with resources to help you get started. That email will include links to this helpdesk. At some stage during your trial one of our team will contact you to see how you are getting on, and further calls and demos/overviews may be arranged if you wish.
You will be prompted as the end of your trial approaches, and you have two choices:
Option 1: Do nothing, and let your trial automatically expire.
Do nothing and your trial will automatically expire. Similarly, if you do wish to let the trial laps but would like to offer us any feedback on why it did not fulfil your needs we would be delighted to hear these comments as we can use them to inform future developments.
If your account expires, it will automatically go into our queue for deletion after 60 days, at which point all personal data will be irreversibly removed in line with our data privacy policy.
Option 2: Sign up and become a Elevate subscriber.
Alternatively, and hopefully, you will have satisfied yourself of the benefits of our software and wish to continue using it beyond the trial period.
Simply let us know that you would like to fully activate your account and we will send you a secure link to provide your billing details so we can get all up and running, typically in a matter of minutes.
All data you entered during the trial is retained by default, so you don't need to worry about losing real data you have spent time loading. Or, if you prefer, we can wipe the account clean to allow you to start afresh with a clean slate. Just let us know if you would like the account wiped.
Subscription billing
For accounts being paid from a UK bank account you may pay by monthly direct debit, or you may pay by debit/credit card if you prefer. If you do not have a UK-based bank account you must pay via recurring subscription which we will set up to collet from your direct/debit card. Direct debit payments are processed via GoCardless, and card payments are processed by Recurly.

If for some reason you haven't been able to fully evaluate the software during the 14 days, please don't just walk away and leave us! Contact our team and we can offer more in-depth information or an overview of the system, and we can of course extend your trial by a few days to help you give it a fair chance.
