Default Let Type
A property will normally be suitable for a particular type of tenancy. Specifying a default tenancy type will automatically set the tenancy type when adding a new tenancy to this property. The following options are available:
- Fully Managed
- Let Only
- Rent Collection Only
Designate which staff member has responsibility for this property. By default, it will select the current user. Don't worry if you don't formally assign property managers within your agency, it will only be used in other stages of the management process if you decide to utilise it for reporting, otherwise it will be ignored.
Instruction To Manage (ITM) Start and Expiry Dates
These dates are mostly for informational use only - they are not used in any active management context. This is the date upon which the landlord has handed over management responsibility for the property, and you can also set the end of such an agreement period if one has been stipulated by the landlord.
Specific viewing arrangements may apply for this property. Record them here and each time you arrange a viewing these will appear on that form as a reminder. For example, viewings may only be desirable in the evenings or at weekends.
