By default, you will only be able to manage properties in the country in which your agency is located, provided during account setup.
However, you can change a configuration setting to allow you to manage properties in other countries also. A common scenario is for agencies based in Northern Ireland to manage properties across the border in the Irish Republic.
You can, of course, manage properties within other regions with your country. For example, if your agency is based in the UK, you can manage properties across any of the UK regions - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Go to the agency admin area via the Settings menu.
- Click the Agency tab.
- Choose the Agency option within the Agency Settings category.
- On the agency summary view, click Options > Edit Core Details.
- Tick the checkbox to Manage in Other Regions.
- Click Save.
In future, when adding properties you will have the option to select other countries as well as other regions within your default agency location.
Only a small number of other countries are currently supported.
The system does not support multiple currencies, so if your main account is set within the UK and is using GBP, you cannot manage properties in Ireland using EUR. You will have to provide GBP equivalent values.
