A job sheet may be emailed to the assigned supplier or contractor at any stage, providing the supplier has an email address defined in their contact details.
STEP-BY-STEP
- From the job overview page, click Options > Email Job Sheet.
- The email message which is sent to the supplier contains a summary of the job which has been assigned, and full details of the job, property and tenant are included in the attached job sheet. The email message body may be modified as appropriate.
- Click Send.
