The default sender of text messages is 'Elevate'. However you can have this configured to either:
1. The name of your agency (no more than 11 alphanumeric characters with no spaces or special characters) - recipients will not be able to reply to this. We will need to ensure that your preferred label is available with our SMS provider (not in use by any other customers), so there is generally a delay of few hours.
2. To a mobile number of your choosing for which replies can be sent. We will need to liaise with you to get your number validated with our SMS provider before this can be activated fully. It only takes a moment, but we'll need to chat to you while you have the mobile beside you.
